Please contact your reseller or nearest point of sale for any complaints. Castelijn & Beerens will repair or replace the product at its own discretion. The guarantee remains limited to the value of the product and can only be claimed with a dated proof of purchase.

Where can I buy the organiser inserts?
The Castelijn & Beerens Junior and Senior organiser are suitable for the detailed inserts from Nazareno Gabrielli. They can be re-ordered at your point of purchase or at the stationary specialist near you. The inserts of Succes are a good alternative. Their Junior size fits our Junior organiser and their Standard size fits our Senior organiser.

The plastic insert for my creditcard rips open. Where can I buy a new one?
The plastic inserts can hold 1 creditcard per slot. When overloaded the plastic insert will rip. In the Netherlands you can buy a new one at the Bijenkorf or V&D. Outside the Netherlands you can contact your point of purchase and they can order it for you.

What is the best way to maintain my leather Castelijn & Beerens product?
Leather is a natural product and changes in characteristics when in use. It gets more flexible, shapes to it's use and gets it's unique image. Leather also absorbs damp and dirt. By regularly cleaning it with a dry soft cloth, dirt doesn't get the chance to accumulate. For a more thorough cleaning C&B advises you to use a leather cleaner and protector.
