Guarantee statement

Castelijn & Beerens B.V. offers you a two year warranty against material* and/or manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase. Please contact your reseller or nearest point of sale for any complaints. Castelijn & Beerens will repair or replace the product at its own discretion.

The guarantee remains limited to the value of the product and can only be claimed with a dated proof of purchase.

It does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or negligence, accidents, scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage. In this case feel free to contact the place of purchase or nearest point of sale in order for them to provide you with advice about repairs against payment.

The guarantee is only valid if the product is returned for repairs through an official dealer to Castelijn & Beerens B.V. The guarantee is null and void if repairs are carried out by third parties. These guarantee provisions apply to all products marked with the Castelijn & Beerens quality logo and/or signature.

* Leather is a natural product. Minor irregularities on the leather, such as insect bites, neck folds and small colour differences underline the value and authenticity of our quality products.
